  25. Representing a publicly listed Indonesian plantation company in the agribusiness sector in a shareholders’ dispute filed before the Singapore International Arbitration Center (SIAC) with a claimed amount of over USD 200 million.
  26. Representing a South Sumateran Palm Oil Conglomerate in arbitration proceedings against a foreign buyer at BANI with damages of USD 28 Million.
  27. Acted as an assistant-expert of Indonesian law in a shareholders’ dispute between a publicly listed Indonesian coal mining company and a foreign party filed before the Singapore International Commercial Court with a claimed amount of over USD 30 million.
