Paula is a distinguished legal practitioner with a strong track record representing leading state-owned enterprises and prominent private clients in high-profile capital markets and M&A transactions. She brings extensive expertise in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, offshore equity and debt securities offerings, and domestic securities issuances in Indonesia, alongside deep capabilities in corporate governance and compliance advisory. Her work spans complex equity and debt transactions, both domestic and international, under Rule 144A/Reg S of the US Securities Act of 1933, as well as strategic corporate and commercial matters, with a particular focus on public companies.

Holding a Bachelor of Laws from Universitas Indonesia and a Master of Laws from the University of California, Berkeley, Paula combines robust domestic legal grounding with global academic credentials. Renowned for her incisive guidance in high-stakes offerings and regulatory navigation, she has successfully steered new issuers into the Indonesian capital market and advised various businesses through challenging policy and compliance landscapes.
