Soleh Arifin is a lawyer and licensed Administrator & Receiver with over a decade of experience in debt restructuring, insolvency (Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations (“PKPU”) and bankruptcy), as well as antitrust law.

As an Of Counsel at MDO Attorneys, he focuses on debt restructuring, business dispute resolution, and corporate compliance across a wide range of industries.

He has extensive experience representing clients in PKPU and bankruptcy proceedings, as well as advising corporations and financial institutions on restructuring strategies, insolvency processes, and debt recovery.

In the area of antitrust law, Arifin has handled various matters before the Indonesian Competition Commission (KPPU), including issues of cartel allegations, price discrimination, and market dominance.
